Refund Policy.
We want every customer to feel fairly treated. Here's exactly when you can get your money back, how to request it, and what's ineligible. Last updated: June 7, 2026.
One-time credit packs — 7-day window
If you purchased a credit pack (Starter, Plus, Pro, Power, or Mega) and haven't used any credits, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked. Once you've spent even one credit on an audit, the pack becomes non-refundable. Credits never expire, so you can use them whenever you're ready.
Studio subscription — cancel anytime, no pro-rata
You can cancel the Studio subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support@palsr.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access (and credits) until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months because subscription credits are issued upfront. There are no cancellation fees and no retention loops.
Failed audits — automatic credit refund
If an audit fails due to a technical error on our end (backend crash, model timeout, corrupted upload pipeline), the credits you spent are automatically refunded to your balance within 24 hours. You don't need to email us — our system detects failed audits and re-credits you. If the auto-refund doesn't appear, contact support@palsr.com with the audit ID.
What's NOT eligible for a refund
Used credits (after even one audit). Subscription periods you've already used. Audits where the report was generated successfully but you disagree with the score — Palsr is an advisory tool, not a guaranteed outcome. Accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, or terms-of-service violations. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first.
Chargebacks — please email us first
If something went wrong, please email support@palsr.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved in under 24 hours. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension and a permanent ban from purchasing Palsr products in the future.
Three steps, one email.
- 1. Email us. Send a message to support@palsr.com from the email address on your Palsr account. Subject line: Refund request — [order ID].
- 2. Include the order ID. Your Lemon Squeezy order ID is in the receipt email we (and they) sent after purchase. If you can't find it, share the purchase date and the last 4 digits of the card you used.
- 3. We respond within 48 hours. Eligible refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank). You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
If you haven't used your credits, you get your money back. If an audit failed on our side, you get the credits back automatically. If you're unhappy for any reason we haven't anticipated, email support@palsr.com — we'll work it out.
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through their system to the original payment method.
